Linear transfer systems (slides and rails):
Linear guide systems consist of a recirculating ball unit that slide along a rail of the customer's chosen length. They are disegned to run fo 1.000.000 cycles under normal conditions of use. There is also the option to select the most suitable rail for each application from the many types available (more than 15 models).
We have slides with 3 almost noiseless pulleys, which can be taken out of the rail for preloading as required by the customer.
The longest rail section are usually 3 metres, in order not to cause problems with transport. As many rails are necesarry can be joined together to obtain more tan 3 metres in length.
Rail dimensions (section): U-shaped rails are from 11x27 mm to 23x98 mm per section. Most of the rails have a choice of two different types of slides, depending on the load capacity required. Load capacity ranges from 5 kg to 600 kg per slide.
Materials: Most rails and slides are made in steel. There are variants in stainless steel and aluminium.
The main fields of application are as follows:
- Automatic doors (public transport, shopping centres, etc...).
- Machine protection.
- Adjustment of seats on trains, buses and vehicles.
- Etc ...
